Product Overview

Semi-automatic Fibre opening machine

This automatic fiber opening /filling combined machine is successfully designed to solve our current problem of labor shortage, and reduce the manual operations. It is capable of placing the row cotton of 10kg to more than 100kg onto the reserve conveyor belt, and the machine then can automatically send the cotton to it, for this, the cotton loosing/filling process can be completed at one time. Easy operation, and can be operated by a person or simultaneously tow persons. It is the most advanced cotton loosing/filling combined machine in China. It adopts a big roller and several small rollers with the slow speed of revolution of 1400rp/m. The prominent strenght of the machine is that it can loosen the 3-dimensional screw cotton, and its one-time loosing rate can reach 98% or above without damage to the cotton, The Product filled has high resilience and superior quality. The output would increase by 50% or above when comparing with other similar models, and thus the productivity has improved appreciably to make the product more competitive in the market. This machine is equipped with protective device, to endure the safety of operators. The machine adopts the high-temperature baking coating of equipment of spray paint, available for antirust and long service life.
